Free express shipping

Free worldwide express shipping is included in all orders.
We use UPS, Post Nord or DHL service. A tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.
Please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone no and e-mail address.

Shipping Exclusions

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.
We cannot ship directly to PO BOX or parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival.

Please note that import fees, taxes or other duties outside EU are not included

All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Please inspect the delivery for damages carefully when you receive it and report to courier directly if any damage is found. Note that we offer standard world wide delivery or express delivery for a small fee.

The estimated express delivery time within EU and US is 1-3 working days.

Returns

If you are not happy with your Akerfalk timepiece we offer 14-days money back guarantee.
Items returned must be in unused condition in its original packaging, with all tags on. Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please contact info@akerfalk.se to get your return papers.
