Shipping
Worldwide shipping is included in all orders.
We use UPS, Post Nord or DHL service. A tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.
Please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone no and e-mail address.
Please note that import fees, taxes or other duties outside EU are not included. All shipments that we have to return back to us due to not paying the import tax will have to pay the return freight and handling fee.
All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Please inspect the delivery for damages carefully when you receive it and report to courier directly if any damage is found.

Returns
If you are not happy with your Akerfalk timepiece we offer 14-days money back guarantee.
Items returned must be in unused condition in its original packaging, with all tags on. Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please contact info@akerfalk.se to get your return papers.
